As a professional Real Estate Agent, my job is to be there every step of the way helping make the sales process move as smoothly as possible. I specialize in relocation and have built relationships with agents on the island as well as in other states. My goal is to get you to the closing table with ease and make your transition as seamless as possible.

Congratulations, you just sold your home.

Prep your home to list on the market. Narrow down details of your listing: including 

timelines, price and exemptions. (belongings not being sold with your home. I.e - a chandelier.)

Go over buyer feedback and any offers received.

Home Inspection: (buyers expense) and may require attentional negotiations.

Once terms are agreed to by buyers attorney, both parties sign the contracts and we remove your listing from the market. You are officially in contract.

When your buyers financing is secure and the files are all cleared to close, your attorney will call to schedule a closing date.

Put your home on the market and start showing your home to qualified buyers.

Accept offer and prepare for home inspection.

Once buyer and seller agree on terms, your attorney drafts contracts and sends them out to the buyers attorney.

Both the buyer and the sellers law office begins to gather documents on your home.

Prior to your closing date your attorney will gather all of your figures resulting in a smooth closing date.
